I am using samsung s3 tablet with Pwer Director (paid for the upgrade) Product is great. Problem is I create a project and render out the end product using the device. 13gb mp4 file.
I then move the file to the SD card. I delete the project. The tablet remains clogged up with hidden files.
I have deleted almost every other app, moved all app storage to the SD card. I have 3gb on my device but this 3gb of real content is somehow consuming 15gb. It is driving me nuts I have tried every cache and file cleaner under the sun but nothing can find the hidden files.
This has happened twice, the first time I found the file I forget how I did it.
Can you help? Is only solution to reinstall factory settings and start again?
Thanks. I have power director on android and paid a fiver or so for upgrade. Love the app but this frustrates. Do I need to pay again if I reset to factory settings and reset the tablet from scratch. Other solution preferred. Thanks Dave Caldwell

Wrong part of the foums. You posted in the PowerDVD part (player). You need to repost in the PowerDirector forum (correct version).

Delete the text of this post and change the title to nevermind or similar.

Also the forum is having issues. Do not use any text add-ons. .
