Can I move the time position using mouse or arrow keys?

Not exactly sure what this is called. You click above the tracks on the timeline to show where to start playing (or splitting etc) and it shows a line going through the tracks. In another program I could move that using my arrow keys. Is there a way to do that here using arrow keys or a mouse wheel? Thanks

Hi,

by default it's "," and "." keys to move in your clip step by step.

you can change this in the "edit" menu or "ALT+H"
