Hi Hicham,

I have the same problem, I requested the download link but Cyberlink only sent me the serial key not the download link, plus some promotions.
I'll ask support to the links you provided (I hope they replay) but in the mean time if you could give more information like a private download link (I can show you the serial key), that would be great.

The link directs to the mobiles apps page and even going to the free PC software page there is only the YouCam 7 Essential available which is not what I'm after as it's over bloated with trial software I won't ever use.

Other suggestions:
1) Look at the original sales receipt for a link.
2) Look in your e-mail spam folder for the reply.
3) Go to the web site where you asked the question and see if there is a reply there.

Send a private message to Cyberlink-Hicham and give him the information he requested. .

They sent me an e-mail where there is the activation code but not the download link.

I thought that he requested some information but that may have been in another thread.

At a minimum, send order number, copy of e-mail you got from Cyberlink, acknowledgement of your requests to Cyberlink Sales, etc.

Did you look at the other two locations (spam and on-line) to see if your request was addressed? .

As I said I followed their instructions "step by step" plus I sent them an e-mail.
I'll wait a couple of days and if they ignore me, then it'll be time to look for warez.

Did you get Hicham involved? He is the only Cyberlink employee that frequents these user forums. Since the resat of us are just software users, we can't help. You are welcome to complain but don't expect much help for the users.

The only ID I got is from the automated replay (QuestionID = CS001839815)
Maybe I'm being either too fussy or my expectations are too high but being a long term online buyer also a traveller I've had a top quality experience by ordering stuff from within (and from outside) Thailand and China.
Their web shops always have more than 1 (on Taobao even 4-5 or more) representatives who replay "in real time" to any enquires so should we learn something from them or is this just an exception?

Thanks Hicham,

indeed they replayed though I'm not sure if it was a computer generated answer.
So basically they sent me a username and a password to input in a login page in order to have the download link, which is "stupid" since they could simply send me a direct link.
Not surprised, I was not able to login in addition the download link will expire soon.
So I sent another request and guess what, the replay was totally unrelated!

And they call it customer support? Imagine if I paid for their product and I needed support and being diverted and misled by some dudes from a developing country who just copy & paste scripts?

PS: I already deleted all e-mails as this has been a so confusing and time wasting experience.

Hi billss,

The licensed digital copy installer is not and should not be publicly distributable, but only offer to licensed users, thus the download link is secured by an expirable account and password, but not a direct link.
If you cannot download the program in time and the password expired, you can contact support again. The support team will help you further.
