How do I download a uTube video to PD15? I assume I can edit it to take out a slice and use it in a movie.

You can't. There's an article here that covers downloading YT content fairly well.

Well, there are ways to download, but using them would violate YouTube terms of service and copyright law, so I would even discuss it further. __________________________________
