Audio is gone when I import a H.265/HEVC video into the timeline?

I didn't have this problem with PowerDirector 15. Look at the screenshot I posted. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hello,

I tested this with one of my H.265/HEVC video files and could not duplicate. The files I used have a different container, but not sure if that would make a difference.

Suggest that you contact technical support and make that file available to them somehow. They can provide you an FTP link if required.

I checked with a sample MKV file & couldn't replicate the issue.

MediInfo report attached... & timeline screenshot.
