CREATE DISC 41GB files fit onto 4.7GB DVD
[Post New]
I used my Panasonic Lumix FX2500 to film my son's Rugby match which took about an hour and used up about 1/2 of the battery.

The 4 MOV files totalled 41GB at 1920x1080 at 50fps.

On the PC it descibes the files as Data Rate : 95,066kbps and Bit Rate : 96,608kbps.

Having trimmed the files a bit in Edit I then wanted to create a disc and it was easily below the 4.7GB limit so I created the disc.

When the disc was played on a BluRay player it didn't look anywhere near as sharp or good as it did on PD14 or each individual clip did on my monitor.

Can anyone please explain what is happening here and also how do I improve the DVD quality? Phil
