PD7 Patch 2519, no "cut" possible, need reinstall

Hello,

I try on PD7 patch 2519 when it arrive.
When I click a video on time line, "cut" (to have the "cut" window), edit the wanted part, then click "OK", PD7 crash.
Difficult to make a project without "cut".
I needed to reinstall all PD7

I have an i7 CPU, Vista 64 full upgrade, no GPU render (NV 6600)

Tonight, i try it on P4, Vista x86 full upgrade, no GPU render (HD 3870)

No work too !
