@The Shadowman, I indeed use keyframes. You can see it at 31sec: https://youtu.be/pZLjkj_13pM
True, the video shocks as well but as well have no idea how to improve that as well. Any ideas?
In my experience the speed of a piece of text is directly related to its stretched length on the timeline. I can give you a workaround that will slow the text down, but you will need to set it up with trial and error to get the speed you require.
Place your text block under the panning scene as you would normally, and then stretch it to the left so that the text begins on a previous clip. Now, in Title Designer, position the text to where you want it to start (this will show on the preview as on the prevoious clip). At this point using "object settings" set the transparancy to make it invisible. Now scroll through until you see the beginning of the pan scene, insert a keyframe and set the transparancy to full. Take the scrubber to the far right and duplicate the previous keyframe.
If done correctly the text will move across the screen at a slower pace. As said before, to find the speed you need will take some trial and error.
Also, if you find that the text fades in, insert a new keyframe immediately before the "full" one and duplicate the previous one
Others may know better ways to slow the text down. I'm sure they will let us know
