Hi Playhead -

It looks like you're talking about Freeform keyframes, so you can reshape videos/images to match any quadrilateral space. Yes, you can do that in PDR.

In PiP Designer, just uncheck "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and hover over a corner handle till it switches to the freeform tool. See the attached screenshot also.
