Release notes:

- Improves the compatibility of fonts.

- Fixes the broken video issue when the Screen Recorder captures a video by locking to app if Windows taskbar is not at the bottom position.

- Fixes the issue that the fade effect does not work with photos inserted in the Title Designer.

- Fixes the issue that the keyframe position of masks is changed with clip duration.

Thanks for this patch. I have installed it just now. I was waiting to see the Title fade in / fade out being resolved. The images used in titles do indeed now correctly fade in. However when opening and using the titles made with the previous PD15 patch version (2820 I believe) the picture/images appear to be gone.

BTW titles made with older versions in PD14 and PD13 are working fine.
