PowerDVD Live updated to PDVD17, blu-ray drive locked to Region A, but I am in Australia. HELP!

Australia is Region B. PowerDVD is locked to Region A with 0 changes remaining. If I can't rectify this it means that no blu-ray I buy or hire will run on PowerDVD, as all Blu-rays for hire or purchase withing Australia rare Region B

I used to be able to watch Region B blu-rays when PowerDVD Live was at PDVD16. How do I fix this. I subscribed for this program to watch Blu-ray 3D discs on Nvidia 3D Vision.

I have had 0 luck with other programs for 3D blu-ray. The only one that gave 3D picture at all was Arcsoft total Media, but I only got 2.0 stereo Sound and I have a 5.1 surround system. PowerDVD gives 3D pictire and Surround Sound. How do I reset the region on this program so I can select region B?

I already have free programs for DVD and Blu-Ray discs, If I can't get 3D blu-rays to work because of this complete region lock-out I will have to terminate the subscription. If you give up a little liberty for extra security you deserve neither and get none

Nevermind. I ran Ccleaner and restarted PowerDVD Live and went from region A with 0 changes remaining to Rregion B with 5 changes remaining. Maybe there was a rigistery conflict that Ccleaners registery cleaner fixed? If you give up a little liberty for extra security you deserve neither and get none

it seems whenever I am playing a video file in PowerDVD 17 the blu-ray code is set as Region A with 0 changes remaining, but when I open PowerDVD 17 as is the regionis set as Region B with 5 changes remaining.

Are those 5 changes left changes just for PowerDVD or the Blu-ray drive's firmware?
