Need to reinstall on OEM computer

Hello I just bought a Compaq Presario PC SR5710Y and I accidently deleted my cd burning softare as I was deleting unnecessary prgrams that come preloaded with this thing. Is there any way to download the copy of Power2Go? I know this is a really noob move. But now I am stuck with out cd burning software. I know windows has a built in cd burning program but I would rather use this one, by far better than the windwos one. Thanks again.

what you didn't mention was if you owned a registered version of Power 2 Go?

What can I do if I lost my program?

There are three ways we can assist you:
Download version

To re-download software you have already purchased on CyberLink Online Store, you will need to go to your order information page and press the re-download button. To view your order please visit Cyberlink Member Zone and click on Check Order Status. If you purchased Extended Download option along with your product, you can download the program that you purchased anytime during the valid period (2 years starts from the day you purchase it).

Boxed version

Hi Jonathan,

Because it is an OEM version of the software you received when you got your Compaq Presario PC SR5710Y, you need to contact Compaq directly to get back your OEM version of Power2Go.

Also check all of the discs that came with your computer when you bought it. Most computer companies usually ship a copy of all of the OEM software that comes with your computer if you ever need to reinstall the operating system or you delete the software by mistake.

Yep, I was afraid of that. They only have a separate partition on the HDD. Have to call up Compaq to have them send me the CDs. Thanks again for the reply.
