Problem after using Cinema Mode

I purchased the ultra version 9 today. After playing with the cinema mode, Power DVD shut itself when playing in classic mode. Everytime I have to switch to cinema mode then I can watch the disc.

How to fix this problem?

I have a similar problem, whenever i play any dvd at all PDVD 9 shuts down, no error message nothing. I have tried everything i know
upgraded to the latest graphics driver
uninstalled and reinstalled(completely removing registry entries, and leftover files)
redownloading and installing.
i sent an email to customer support, it has been 4 days with no reply still,
i'm going to corel windvd.
