I think I installed a patch for power dvd standard not utlra and now get disk wth unsupported format in drive error.

So cannot play bluray

Also cannot apply any of the ultra patches anymore get error this patch is version for bluray playback

I tried reinstalling from my cd from scratch same issues so obviously registery issues still there

any ideas on how to fix? Suggestion to Cyberlink can you put code into prevent this from happening please
