Resizing video dimensions in PD5

One clip shot with a Sony TRV950 used the memory stick instead of the miniDV cassette and as a cosequence has appears smaller (320x240) instead of (640x480) of following clips. Is it possible to "resize" this clip even if artifacts appear?

The size of the video you produce depends on the profile you choose in the Produce Wizard. PD will automatically stretch the source video to fit into the output profile. However, if you choose a large size profile (e.g. DVD=720x480), but your source video (320x240) is rather small, artifacts will appear as the video quality is degraded as it stretchs too much.

Mikimouse, my Preferences state 720x480 for both the smaller memory stick video and the normal miniDV video.
