When I try to drag a video file into my timeline it comes up with 'Power Director has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' And then shuts down the program

Did anyone solve the problem with Time Out?

Have never seen this forum unti lnow.
Have just e mailed Cyberlink support.Mine is 5.01319
Packaged with video camera in 2009.
Says C+C+ TIME OUT Programme has asked to close in an unusual way!!
Editing film is impossible, before you can save any changes closes dow, so all the editing youi have done is lost.

Have had no solution for the RUNTIME problem.

My computer has just been returned from my computer engineer after another problem.

He, I think, re installed C+C+. Thinks he has solved it.

Intend to try out PDExpress later. Then I can make my film that has been on the camera for months.

If my problem has gone, I will ask him what he did and inform you.
