Update 2519 will not install

I downloaded the update
It asks to uninstall powerdirector first
If No it exits
If yes it stops unable to find a dll
I have emailed tech support

Anyone with similar experience?

I have the exact same problem.

First, when I bought PD7 I installed the full version 7.0.2227c. Then I Installed the patch 2429a, no problem. No luck with 2519.

Was anybody able to install this patch?

2519 is a patch. PD does not ask for uninstallation. The patch gets applied
straight. PC specs :
OS Windows 10.0 Pro
MB - AS rock Z77 extreme 11
Intel 3770K @ 4.0 Ghz OC
Gskill 32 GB RAM 1800 Mhz
6 TB HDD, SSD bootable
nVidia ASUS GTX 660 Ti

I know that, like I said I installed the previous patch, no problem. But, this patch DOES ASK for uninstallation.

I guess, I will have to reinstall PD7, again.

I finally installed the patch after a full reinstall of PD7 using the "microsoft cleanup tool"
