Tech Support Response Time?

Cyberlink's replies to my questions are taking 2-3 days to get back to me. I find that unacceptable and it is good thing I am not on a deadline to get my projects done.

Anyone else having problems getting replies to your "Support" questions?

Does seem to take forever but they will eventually get back to you. I had suggested a user to user forum so maybe we can help each other in less time. But sometimes none of us have the answer. Hope you get an answer soon! Out of Memory!!

I've always been under the impression that the tech folks operate out of Asia. Their business hours are quite different than hours, so I'd give them an extra 1/2 day over any expectations. One average, I get a response within 18-24 hours, which I think is terrific (remember, it's free!). Perhaps if you want a speedier response you should consider the paid help option?

I understand it is free and I can handle a 24 - 36 hour turn around, but to take 4-5 days to respond to my "reply" to their reply is totally unacceptable.

And then to reply back with "canned" messages after the 4 days is even more infuriating after my reply had enough detail to avoid the canned response.

anyway, enough ranting, they finally determined it was a bug in the program and will have a patch soon - hopefully.

They have never answered one of my questions! I get nothing but the canned response, "You had 30 days to cancel, too bad, so sad for you!"

I do not think that they understand the questions.
