I noticed bug, when auto refresh rate switch TV to 24Hz/24p then there is not proper displaying main menu buttons in "Samsara" movie Blu-Ray.

When PDVD17 do not change refresh rate to 24p and displaying at 60Hz then main menu is work fine.

Also add Auto Refresh Rate options to enable and disable in Settings, also auto refresh rate should work from begining when I hit Play button not when detected this framerate same like in Arcsoft TMT.

Please fix this.

Thank You.

It's not a driver it's a bug!, I tested this on two computers, one with Nvidia GPU, second with Intel iGPU both latest drivers, same bug, no menu displaying on Samsara Blu-Ray (german version) movie.

Menu is but no displaying menu buttons.

This bug is cause by autoswitch to 24p display I can tell you. What is wrong with this software is how it change to 24p, do this too long and only when detect 24p video, thats cause the problem what I noticed, when I disable autoswitch to 24p then menu is displaying fine.

For example other software like TMT6 work without any problems, display menu correctly, autoswitch to 24p also work, and autoswitching work different compare to PDVD, switch to 24p imediatlly when I hit PLAY button.

You definetliy should focus on better autoswitching to 24p, also I think you should add option to on/off this in playback options.

Also what I noticed as I remeber, autoswtich to 24p do not work anymore if bitstream to AVR is, so for me it's useless software.

So please focus on this and fix this player. Thank you.

Hi Paul_M,

Unfortunatelly we can't reproduce this on our side. Does this issue occur only with "Samsara" BD?
Could you provide us your hardeware information:
PC: Dxdiag (just tip dxdiag in the windows search bar, and save the result as a text)
TV: (Model, SR..)

Thank you

Hi Paul_M,

Are you playing the bluray disc directly from the BD-drive?
