How can I set PowerDVD to automatically change refresh rate to the source?

My TV doesn't do 24p to 60Hz conversion smoothly.

Nope. I found it:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CyberLink\PowerDVD17\AskDlg\ModifyMonitorFrequency

That does it on my PC.

If "so far" means since inception, this statement is accurate.

File based frame rate switching has never been an option and apparently never will be.
