Hello everyone can someone please tell me how is it that when I go to user preference and hardware acceleration sometimes the first option box is able to be checked off and sometimes not even highlighted to be checked off I finally figured out how to have SPRT box checked off but also unchecks the hardware encoding circle so I guess if you got to choose from one you can't have both checked off is that correct? anyway I would like to know how would I know if the hardware acceleration box can be checked off what do I have to look at and if it is not highlighted to be checked off what do I have to do to be able to use it and check it off
