Ok... long story. I bought my dazzle several years ago to take vid and make movies with it. But ever since I upgraded to powerdirector 7 I can't get it to work. I have not been able to get PD7 to recognize that the dazzle exists even though my computer knows thatit is there and ready. Any thoughts?

Did you try using a different usb port? If that does not work, just use it to capture with MovieMaker. It's just impossible to use only 1 do-it-all program for video. Good luck if you get it to work with PD, but don't get hung up on it or you'll never get anything edited. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
