Hi All,

Perhaps someone can help.

I have both softwares listed above. I let a friend log in to action director to upload 360 content to facebook. Now i cant change the account associated with both action director or Power director 15. Everything is loading onto his facebook page which he is finding very annoying and I cannot seem to undo. I cant find any option, forum or support option to help me out.

Can anyone advise?

Also does anyone know how to change the stamp on the bottom of a photo? (like where the Gear 360 logo goes atm)

Thanks

Cathy

Hi Cathy -

I think you're right. There does seem to be an issue with direct FaceBook uploads.

Just now, I used the Produce > Online > FaceBook option to upload a video. All good. Next I logged out of FaceBook in the browser. After closing and re-opening PDR, I followed the same online > FaceBook procedure, expecting to have to sign into a different account.

No - PDR persists with uploading to the account I'd used previously, with no option to change accounts. I've found no way to do it either.

The YouTube upload is different. It allows you to select a different account, rather than assuming anything.

A workaround (until it's resolved) would be to:

  1. Upload the video directly to your YouTube account

  2. Post the YT link on your FB page.

Cheers - Tony

Here is the workaround, go to Facebook settings and remove the device from authorized list:
