One way (though there may be better ways), would be to create a “book” image/template, and then use either the “Page Curl” or “Page Fold” or “Page Roll” effects found in the Transition Room.

It’s a bit unrefined, but one could create a better book images and reposition things, and tweak the effect a little more for better or different results.
This probably isn’t exactly what you had in mind, but it is one option and starting off point.
