PD-14 snapshot not working at all

It's not showing up in the project library. If I try to import the file from the PD folder, I get "file is broken or unsupported format or protected video content or another reason ..."

For Snapshot feature to work, go into Settings & enable ‘Always prompt me to confirm captured snapshot filename’

I have looked into the settings and there is no option to always confirm as you stated.

The file never shows up on the clipboard either, so it cannot be pasted into a doc

There is no image file in the directory to access.

In Preferences you will find the snaphot settings.

Perhaps altering the format might provide a different result. You might consider deleting TEMP files also.

Please let us know of any changes.
