attempted to download the most recent version of Powerdirector last night. finally finished the download and it gave me an error message that I had downloaded the wrong version. tried several times again and the download failed. finally got message that i had exceed the max number of download attempts.
i emailed customer support but have not heard back. suggestions.

Did you purchase the correct upgrade, there are a few alternatives when upgrading. Are you sure you selected Upgrade to PowerDirector from OEM 5/6 Versions.
