Hi,

I suddenly can't login to my Cyberlink Application Manager... and can't use PowerDVD Live.

It says "Your account doesn't exist", even if I can log into the website with the same information.

Is there something wrong with your server?

I'm experiencing the same problem as well. A man must have a code. -Bunk

I was able to login to the application manager and PowerDVD Live a few minutes ago. It looks like the problem has been fixed. A man must have a code. -Bunk

Application manager seems to be the only way to reinstall powerDvd live, and impossible to connect.

Hi everyone, same here. I have not been able to sign in with Application Manager for a couple of days (and still can't). It either says "You're account is not yet activated", "you don't have an account" or just defaults back to the sign in screen. This has happened to me a few times and I'm sick of it. I have submitted a fault ticket and still waiting for a response. At least I now know it's just not me. Why can't we just have a download link like any other version of this player. I don't like this Application Manager.

Cheers and kind regards,

Ron

Guess it's my turn to have this problem. Just subscribed to Director Suite 365 and the App manager won't allow me to login. Tried running as admin, checked name/password on the website, restarted program, rebooted system, still no luck. Can't install Suite if I can't log in. Can't seem to dope out the problem. Any suggestions?

Regards,
Ruble H.

I can't login to application manager at all. It just keeps making me do it over and over.

Try uninstalling CAM and then downloading and reinstalling. That seems to work for most people:

https://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/application-manager/download_en_US.html

If that doesn't work...then customer service.

If it's not possible to log into CAM, should one avoid renewing their subscription?
