i am trying to 'blend' a snow particle into a video... i dont quite know how to do it though... i put each on the timeline but only see one timeline... when i play the movie... can anyone help please....

Have you tried placing that particle on the track below the video like track 2. The snow should then be seen as superimposed over the video.
