You Cam video doesn't seem to capture.

Good morning all,
My YouCam (v.2) was preinstalled in my new HP laptop. It captures snapshots but it doesn't capture video even though it looks like everything is working. When I review the file there's nothing to review but a black screen. Any ideas?

I tried the latest patch out, this seemed to have fix the capture issue.
