upgrading from Photodirector 5 deluxe to 8 ultra

Hello

As a platinium member I have Photodirector 5 deluxe but i have not downloadet or installed it. Now i am considering to "upgrade" it to

Photodirector 8 Ultra.

My question is: Do i have to download and install Photodirecto 5, to get the upgradeprice, before i eventually upgrade to Photodirector 8 Ultra?

Hello Pompel,

You can certainly upgrade from PhD5 to PhD8. That's not a problem.

A possible issue may be how long ago you purchased PhD5 & whether the download is still available.

I think the best course of action would be to contact customer service - https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/support/cs/customer-services.do - they'd be far better able to advise.

I have contacted customer service. It would be easier to upgrade to PH 8 without having to install PH5 first.
