Why does cursor and movie pause at Title and clip joining?

Hi,

I am editing Win 10 Pro x64 with PD 14 and I have created a static text title for the start.

I add it to the front of the clip but every time I go to play it so see how it looks for time etc., it stops at the join, then after 30 secs or so jumps quote a few secs into the clip.

I have never seen this before in PD or any editors I use.

Any suggestions please?
