msvcp110.dll Error Opening CyberLink PowerDirector 15 (64-bit)

I had no issues with CyberLink PowerDirector 14 (64-bit) in Windows 10 but after installing CyberLink PowerDirector 15 (64-bit) I get this error.

Thanks ,yes I spent the day doing that first and no solution worked. Power Director 15 is the only program that this happens to.

I have put in a support ticket and sent my DxDiag.txt ,so hopefully they can help.
