Stuttering fades

Hi

I have slow motion clips with fades between them with enough tails and heads to run the transition yet all of these fades are not smooth, there are freeze frames, sometimes on the incoming and sometimes on the outgoing clips in these fades. It is visible both in preview and the produced clips. hd 30 fps produced clips. I'm using powerdirector video editor app v 3.12.3 on an android tablet sony Xperia 4

Customer support reply was not very helpful. Probably an automated one since they have suggested I reinstall from the App Store although I have described my device and OS to them (android), as well some other irellevant suggestions.

Had anyone with android device solved this ?

Hi Hitcham,
If you have an answer for the end user, post it here please, so the information and knowledge can benefit others, rather than suggesting the hidden "customer support" route. The PowerDirector forum here works well because we share our knowledge and experience openly.

As you can see by YYY reply, you sent the member on a "goose chase", where he got a poor response. Nobody here can read the resolution unless the info is post/answered openly on the forum.
