Anyone having issues trying to burn a dvd through JVC/EVERIO/CYBERLINK & get the message 'insert disc/no disc inserted' even though there is a DVD + R disc inserted?

Having same problem too. It doesn't even read the blu-ray disc I'm putting in.

LOL after going through every sort of DVD I finally got the DVD+R to work , Ive used them all on this pc before but through this program +R is the only that didnt popup with no disc inserted or does not support this format. I finally burned video but no sound and it looks terrible. JVC is sick of hearing from me and im getting tired of excuses.
