Thanks for your advice, hopefully I will be able to try this out by the end of the week.
Unfortunately, I have already converted my files to MP4 using Handbrake and also made some more progress in my video editing so I'd not want to redo it all once again. I will see how it goes when I'm ready to produce.
Since I edit videos very occasionally I did not want to invest too much in a screen capture program and picked one that seemed to be best suited for my purpose at a good price. I'd need a screen recorder that does H.264/MP4 and highlights left/right mouse clicks and as lightweight as possible.
My current video edit mostly has .MTS/H.264 clips from a HD camcorder, with just some MP4 (previously WMV) clips and a mix of JPG and PNG pictures.
Thanks for sharing your opinion, I am always interested in good advice to make the edit process better and easier!
