Does PD provide FX position control direct on video preview?

Hi,

I would appreciate help:

Does PD provide FX position control direct on video preview?

In this screen-recording (https://goo.gl/vHWWEP) it is showed what I mean about that. The same fx (from newblue) is applied in PD and also in Sony Vegas. In Vegas I can change prosition direct on video preview. The way I found to do that in PD opens a new window.
