Put the files on another computer and they sync fine.

High def 1920 MP4 files go through the set up process and look aligned but audio starts ahead of video.

Using ultimate version on high end computer with ssd drives and 32 GB memory. I have reloaded the sound driver a few times. Fresh load of power director ultimate. Cking for the motherboard sound driver soon as I post.

Got caught bragging about this software... Hour TV show hanging in post till next week now.

Thanks for any Idea's.

cleaned registery and ran malware
installed fresh graphic and sound drivers.
Fresh motherboard drivers.

Well when all else fails FORMAT.... ROFL but multicam designer now syncs. Will be buying a additional drive and cloning for the next time a update ruins the editor. Or anything else.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

I don't understand. What did you format, and why? Regards,

Formated the system drive. The multicam play back was out of sync. All is well today after a four hour session.

Best guess is a extended trial of premier corupted audio somehow when I activated it.

Had the same problem. The videos would glitch in the Multicam Designer making it impossible to use.

Solved it by selecting Normal or Low Preview Resolution (under Display Settings). Had it orignally on a higher setting (HD).

Hope this solves the problem for you too.

I'm experiencing the same problem. My Multicam designer isn't syncing my clips. Only God Can Judge Me...
