PDVD 16 Ultra v.1713 and Allegiant movie

My PDVD is not playing the latest release of Divergent, Allegiant. I have tried other Blur Rays and they are working. I know in the past this has been an issue and a patch was distributed. I think I recall this happening maybe twice over the past 10 years or so.

Can anyone verify this movie as being an issue?

Yeah, I have the same issue. Seems to not load and sits on a black screen. I actually just bought PowerDVD since Nero was trrowing errors and has just not been working.

Can I know with regional code are you using?
I think it's a codec issue, but not sure. Let me check with our developers and get back to you once I know more.

I cannot play Deadpool Blu-ray. I'm running PowerDVD 16 Ultra, build 1713. My Blu-ray region code is A although i'm in Europe.

I can't play it either but if it stays like this I am going to the competition because theirs has no problem with this very easy problem.

Any chance that once the fix is found it will back ported to PDVD15 ?

Because my PDVD15 seem to have the same problem with the Allegiant movie.

I can not tell you now. If it's the same issue, so it will be probable to get a fix for PDVD15 via update.

Just bought and downloaded 16 Ultra today and Allegiant will not play. So far PowerDVD plays 50% of BluRays i've tried. Should I even bother renting more or just wait until something is actually done
