Burning to disk
[Post New]
Hi,

I have worked on a video project and started to burn to a disk. It was authoring and went to 60% and went back to 32 %.

Time elasped is now 2::08:35 and the Time remaining is 05:00:46. Why is it taking so long? I am using PowerDirector 13 and using Windows 7.

I am getting discouraged and wonder if this program is worth the effort.

Anyone else having similar problems. Please help.

Thanks.

Bill

Did you apply any enhancements? That will do it. __________________________________

Do you mean correcting the quality and color of the downloaded video? Traveler

Hi,
I have another question. Why does the video loop (play again) when the video ends? I cannot figure why it happened after I burned the video to a disk. I burned a different video earlier and that video didn't loop.

Thanks.

The video will loop by default if you do not use a menu. I don't like it, but that is just how it works.

I think the video enhancements are in power tools. I do not remember the exact name. I will look when I turn on my computer. __________________________________

Ok, it is Video Enhancement in Fix/Enhance. Other effects may slow it down, but I know that one will. __________________________________

Hi, I am having the same problem. Over 7 hours to burn a 57 min. video and then the burning got cancelled. No explanation. I am beyond frustrated. One problem after the other. EMV

Might be a good idea to start a new thread Elizabeth. I know this one is similarly describing your issue, but... and if you do create a new thread... try to provide more details - such as:
