PowerDirector 15 Release Date

I have a question about the next release of Power Director, the last time I purchased PowerDirector within 1-2 months Cyberlink came out with a new release and offered an upgrade.

If I had known that the next version is about to come out, I would have waited a month or two to get the new version. In the past few weeks I have received lots of emails from Cyberlink offering an upgrade to PowerDirector 14, which I am interested in, however this is the same thing that happened the last time a new release came out, lots of discounted offeres to upgrade.

Does anyone have any ideas of when PowerDirector 15 will be released? Normally the September seems to be the time frame but so far I cannot find any information at all on the net about anything to do with the next version other than participating in a Cyberlink survey about what new features are important. I am sure others will have the same thoughts about my comments above, please post your thoughts below.

A few on the forum have some insight privy being "SPECIAL", the rest of us simply have to go off history. CL also offers a 30 day refund for you to hedge your position, http://www.cyberlink.com/support/faq-content.do?id=2317 Keep in mind, new release, $$$$'s initially, if cost conscious usually best to sit around and see if it's got new features you really need.

Yep, that was what I did. PD14 had some nice, but not crucial, features...so I was going to wait until PD15 came out. But then the deals they were offering were getting better and better until finally they had an upgrade that included PowerDirector 14 and ColorDirector 4 for about half the price of CD4 by itself, so I went for it. I have to say that I'm glad I did because CD4 is a lot of fun to play with and can really lend a professional look to you videos. And PD14 is no slouch, either!
