Hi - When I try to Create a Video Disc it shows it only shows CD or DVD - no BluRay DVD option. But if I choose "Photo Gallery Disc" it shows CD, DVD, and BluRay options.

How do I create a BluRay Video DVD with P2G 10?

Thanks,

Al

What are you trying to bun to the blu ray?

Why don't you just use Power Director? In Power director, you can create a blu ray ISO file and then burn that from Powe rDirector or from Power2Go.

You would use "burn a data disc" IF you had all the files.

Thanks Steve,

Your link says

"Yes, Power2Go 8 supports Blu-ray Disc (BD) burning. You are able to burn data and photo Blu-ray Discs. However, you cannot burn video to Blu-ray Discs"

Hard to believe when it supports video DVD Menu Authoring using Director Zone templates and can obviously write to BluRay DVDs so why not BluRay DVD Menu Authoring? I assumed it would as most freeware can do the rest. $50 for what?

I got P2Go because PDR created bluray ISO files but after creating couldn't burn them with PDR13. I can now burn the discs from ISO without P2Go with Win 10.

I haven't worked out how to use ISO files to burn BR-DVD's in PDR14 - could you please explain.

I've never been happy with DVD or Blu-Ray quality from PDR13 or 14 so I wanted to try create them using other software from HD Mp4 files to compare quality to PDR. I should have read the P2Go fine print!!

Thanks again,

Al

Use the copy disc option and then select Burn ISO. I haven't tried it but it should work.

If you are not happy with the quality, then you may be doing something wrong. I have used many video editing and burning programs and they all give good quality IF they are used right. .
