I just purchased powerdvd 15 ultra today and after downloading it to my pc, when I tried to play a blu-ray disc Igot message telling me It couldn't play the disc because I've got an anologue monitor which it isn't it has a hdmi connection which i have connected to my pc via a hdmi lead then it advised me to download bd advisor which I did and after checking my system it told me I need to upgrade to Powerdvd 16. Is this just a ploy to get more money out of me? I have just about lost it and am really close to getting onto Cyberlink and demanding my money back!

Get your money back if you can.
With the release of Power DVD 16 there should not have been an option to purchase Power DVD15 _ at least not from Cyberlink.
Something sounds very odd here.
