Drawing tools on video/snapshots

I edit many sports videos, and there are times I like to insert stills/snapshots into the timeline. I cannot find a way to draw arrows, circles, text, etc. on top of anything that exists in my timeline. I see tutorials about how to do this in PowerDirector 10, but I am using PowerDirector 14. Please don't tell me this feature is no longer available. It seems too basic.

Hi Adam,

If you're inquiring about Paint Designer, it's still there (see attached screen capture). Perhaps this tutorial on masking one's animated Paint Designer strokes, to achieve better definition, may also help.

There is also the option of using the Motion Tracking tool.

Or if wishing to have a little more custom control over a hightlight, then using layered assets that are controlled by Keyframes can be employed. However, this technique is a bit more labor intensive. It all depends on the efficacy of the tool versus the desired quality of your final outcome.
