I want to return PD. I just keep crashing when i want to make a disc. all i keep reading is about this over and over. The demo worked out great. Now the full app is ****. So i go to return page. get done filling out all the ****. his summit and nothing over and over! Now the dumb web site does not work. ***?

(This app and support for it is junk. I have put in 2 support tickets and nothing. I go to forms and about 200000 people are having the same problems with PD. When i render my videos to disc the app crashes. I made one BR movie and it worked for some reason. And now i can not even make DVD's or BR. I have lost 3 bluray disc. $10 each and i am getting sick of losing money. The DEMO worked great, the full app does not. I want my money back tomorrow or i will file a compliant with BBB and my credit card company.)

I'd also like to have the online reference number you were given when you filled in the forms.

I'm NOT impressed with your use of derogatory words on a public forum. I have removed them.

I did PM and thank the people that helped me. But when they (ALL) have the same problems i can see that it is not me and just the app. Its hard to believe that a demo would work great i made DVD's and BR with the demo and it worked great. So i spend my money on the full app and it will not make any dvd/BR if you make them with menus or use AVCHD. Thats insane. I have tried to call cyberlink and left 3 emails and support tickets. Nothing! In today's software world you need to be on top of costumer support or you will go under real quick. People what updates and want them fast. Its not like they do not know about this but they still put out the software any way and put adds that say, YES WE SUPPORT AVCHD IN BLURAY MOVIES. but they don't!

Hey DWRECORDING! - I think you´re lame duck.
At first you should check out your PC - certainly full of porn from net.
And maybe if you buy some book about basic operations with PC - after few hours of reading you will be able to resolve your really tough problem.... )))

Also, this is a 100% brand new PC with 2.8gig quad core, 8gig ram, 4TB hard drives. Fresh install of vista 64bit. I own a recording studio and have Vegas for my videos and cubase w/waves plugins for mastering. But i wanted something i could just load up at home and made a quick video of the kids with a sony HD cam on dvd/bluray for my mom and dad. I do not need all the special menus of Vegas/DVD architect. The fact is the demo work 100% great app, heck the best i have used for the money. So i got full version and when it did not work i came here and read the it is jut a broke app and 99.99% of the people here can not use. So please do not think you know me. I do not used hacked software. And i am not 16 and need to look at porn ever night.

CyberLink are keen to resolve issues and I have informed CyberLink Customer support of your issue.

I have also had cause to delete 4 of your posts for foul language - unacceptable on a Public Forum.
