Audio and video syncing problems

Sorry to all, I'm aware this question has already been answered, but I don't have a lot of time and I can't spend it reading older posts.

Simply put, I am having a massive issue syncing up the sound and video of recorded games. I use the software Bandicam and record a combined track where my audio commentary is overlaid onto the video and sounds of the game. Now, when I look at the raw footage it looks and sounds completely fine. There are no errors. But when I pop it into Power Director 14, it suddenly de-syncs and no matter what I do, I can't fix it.

Any tips will be massively appreciated.

I use bandicam and PD14 with 4K gaming video's.

My first game video I used avi in PD14 settings. My video was 2X speed and the sound was normal. When I selected in PD14 "produce" settings of h.264/MP4, then everything worked perfectly.

Since I also use bandicam, PD14 works flawlessly with gaming video's for me personally. What is your output video settings when you record with Bandicam??

I have two new problems to report. Firstly, the program keeps complaining about not having cache files or whatever whenever I load something into it. Also, whenever I put some media into it, it says that the media is 30fps and the timeline is 60fps and there's a conflict. So I go to change the timeline to 30fps and it goes ahead and tells me that there's another conflict because the timeline is 29.9 fps. What in the world am I supposed to do there?

On my Bandicam settings I'm using AVI instead of MP4... should I make the switch?

I'm really at a loss here guys.
