moving powerdvd 15 ultra from old pc to new pc

hi

i am getting a new pc now i want to move powerdvd 15 ultra to mine new pc to use

can i simply uninstall powerdvd 15 ultra from mine old pc

and then install on mine new pc

or will that give problem with reg license
