Does PowerDVD 16 have support for bitstreaming Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio to an external AV receiver/preamp?

PowerDVD 17 can't do that

PowerDVD 17 can't do that

Set HDMI output to uncompressed high definition and Atmos will pass through. It shows up as Atmos on my avr display when playing an Atmos track.
