Greetings colleagues, I'm editing video for uploading to Youtube and when I produce in H.265 HEVC format in MP4 youtube says I'm using a nonsupported format. I'm now trying MP4 in H.264 AVC to see if that will work. What is the difference between MP4 files produced in these different formats? Any comments on the best production format to use for high quality youtube videos? Any thoughts on why H.265 doesn't work? TIA, g2

I render my NX1 H.265 files to 2160/25p XAVC-S 100Mbps. YouTube uploads my rendered video. You can watch my videos there: Anders Bixbe. Watch with Googles HTML5 player. The VP9 codec kicks in the day after the upload. Corsair Vengeance C70, Asus Geforce GTX 1060

Not too much help??? What more you want than the actual youtube recommended settings? You expect us to convince youtube to accept H.265?
