Express Project doesn't have permission

I downloaded all three parts of the express project "Fashion." The opening and ending installed correctly. the "middle" will not. I have tried installing it with PD14 open and closed. Both have the same results. I get an error message that says "The downloaded express project cannot be installed. Ensure there's enough disk space available and that you have permission for required installation."

I have a 1TB hard drive that has that has 931GB still available. I am the adminsitrator and apparently have the permission to install it. (I installed the others)

Any suggestions?

I get the same message on all three downloads.

I have no idea what the problem is.

Hmm -

I downloaded & installed those templates some months back & don't recall any errors. They're installed here anyway.

I'll retest & see if there are any current issues at this end.

No - sorry - no issues here.

On a different PC, I downloaded & saved the DZEP templates directly from DZ (using WaterFox) - not via PDR. Each one installed in a few seconds with no error message. Captured in attachment.

Cheers - Tony

I used Internet Explorer 11 to download and got the error when I double clicked the DZEP files.

I made sure that Direct Zone Menu was the program for that extension. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
