I'm having horrible issues, the film sometimes plays in movie mode even though it says it's in clip mode. I'm getting blank moments in between cuts. And other things. Please tell me, I'm guessing that if I did a complete re-install on my cyber power director 12, I would lose all the work I've already done? I've saved my work several places, but it only will come back up in one of them. Basically, unless I have the external hard drive with all my media plugged into my computer, I can't even bring up the project. I don't understand that either.

I've paid for the premium phone help, and it's NOT helping so far. I've been going back and forth with them for a week, and it's still not working any better than before. Help me please!

To answer your question about re-installing Powerdirector, yes, you can as many times as you need to.

Provided that you saved the original installation files and product key somewhere, preferably to a DVD or external hard drive.

You must copy your working material to your internal hard drive. Powerdirector needs access to the original files, it does not modify any original file.

Tutorials on good Project Management. Might explain a few things.
